A distributed archiving system is used to ensure long-term preservation.

All submitted manuscripts undergo preliminary screening by the editorial office. This is followed by double-blind peer review.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to make the final publication decision based on objectivity.

The Editorial Board is guided by the principles of COPE. We require authors to cite conscientiously and avoid plagiarism.
