The archive of all issues is available for download and viewing without registration. This guarantees maximum transparency, accessibility of scientific knowledge, and promotes its broad dissemination.
To ensure reliable and long-term preservation of published materials, the journal uses the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system — a distributed archiving system designed for the recovery and storage of scientific content in case of technical failures or data loss.
Thus, TSARKA SCIENCE guarantees the preservation of all publications, their stable availability, and the support of academic continuity.
Submission Guidelines
Before submitting a manuscript, the author must ensure that the work is original, free of plagiarism, and has not been previously published. All borrowed content must be properly cited and referenced. Any violation of publication ethics is unacceptable.
Simultaneous submission of the same article to multiple journals is strictly prohibited. If the manuscript is based on research already published elsewhere, it must be significantly revised and presented from a new perspective.
Co-authors should include only those individuals who have made a substantial contribution to the research. It is recommended that the final version of the manuscript be approved by all co-authors prior to submission. All listed authors share responsibility for the content of the publication.
Manuscript Submission via Open Journal Systems
All articles submitted to TSARKA SCIENCE must be uploaded exclusively through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. Authors must register or log in to their personal account to begin the submission process. The process includes confirming compliance with submission requirements, uploading files, entering metadata, providing co-author information, and final submission.
